Recoilers

We provide a variety of coil winding machines, adjusted to the required load capacity and coil width, guaranteeing the best quality of material winding.

The material collected by our devices can be rolled directly onto an expansion spindle with a lock or onto a cardboard sleeve. Depending on the line configuration and coil humidity, we are able to produce a single or double mandrel device.

We supply a receiving table for coils as standard practice as part of the equipment of the rolling machine, and optionally an advanced system for evacuating unstrapped coils used after the longitudinal cutting process in order to ‘release’ the rolling machine for further production and bundling of coils outside of the working zone of the production line.
