Profiling machines

We offer a wide range of profiling machines designed for the production of a diverse range of cold-formed profiles with an open or closed section. When designing our profiling machines, we create a simulation of the profiling process using COPRA® RollForm software.

Our offer includes profilers with various designs as a result of a wide range of the profiles we produce :

• Profile rollers with permanent profile rollers used for the production of a specific type of profile
• profilers with replaceable profiling modules with fixed roller built adapted especially for alternate production of various types of profiles
• advanced adjustable profilers in which the profile produced is being changed by switching the configuration and settings of the profiler, intended for the production of several profile variations.

Our profilers are equipped with a profile correction head as standard. The profiling rolls are made of the best quality tool steel and exposed to heat treatment to maintain the highest durability.
