Transverse and longitudinal shears

INMET offers shears for transverse and longitudinal cutting.

Transverse cutting is carried out either stationary (technological cuts at the beginning or end of the production process) or as set-point tracking in a ‘flying’ or rotary system at a speed automatically adapted to the operation of the line.

We also produce shears designed for cutting various types of profiles with the possibility of cassette installation enabling quick replacement of blades. We also offer ‘flying’ saws for cutting closed profiles.

The longitudinal shears can be optionally equipped with blades and accessories from professional manufacturers.

The longitudinal shears are optionally equipped with:

• Edge band waste coilers
